  1. The main things, I’d tell my younger self are:
    -Don’t take a gap year after highschool. You’ll get a job, fall into a routine, and that gap “year” will turn into “years”.
    -Don’t settle for a mid job. Wasted too many years with a low wage job, living paycheck to paycheck.
    -Start saving money earlier.
    -Basic maintenance regularly will prevent small things from snowballing into larger issues.

  2. I really struggle with finding a workout schedule that fits a blue collar worker schedule. Having to wake up at 5am, not getting home until 6-7pm. Having to workout , eat , and still get to sleep at a decent time to do it all over. How.😢
