The biggest problem with all the people who say don’t take multivitamins is that they seem to ignore the fact that some people are so busy some of the time that they do not have the chance to eat enough in a day. Some days I travel so much and am in a working environment that it’s not possible to eat at all for extended periods. Surely taking a multivitamin actually IS beneficial in those cases?
Lol whole grains as the staple of your diet. Okay.
You could’ve recommended some more bioavailability sources of protein rather than hemp seeds… nuts….etc. Also 2000 IU of Vit D? Do you know how much sunlight that is roughly equivalent to ? I recommend you study International Units and the history of it ? A lot of you don’t realize but this guy made a cut and dry video about supplements and nutrition. I know this will be an unpopular opinion on this channel, but if healthspan is your concern – I recommend you look elsewhere. There’s plenty I agree with regarding the premise of his arguments, but there are major problems with influencers like these.
You informed us of the “side effects” of taking magnesium and the dangers. Do you….. want to specify which salt form that is pertinent to? Ill answer it for you – magnesium sulfate. Why don’t you recommended bisglycinate? Scaring people away from that is ridiculous without context. Also do you want to talk about where most magnesium in the body is located and why serum mag levels aren’t exactly the end all be all?
I’m not attributing malice but this information seems like you’re trying to make generic content
I have a very strict monotonous diet and I only have a few vitamins/minerals I actually lack
I only take Iron + Vitamin C & Vitamin D + K, Taking Iron had by far the biggest impact on my physical health.
My diet doesn’t contain much meat and has no fruit and small portions of specific vegetables
Majority of my diet is Fat coming from Seeds, Nuts and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, otherwise Legumes, Greek Yogurt, and Sweet Potato
I just have a very high calorie maintenance at 4400 calories and very low appetite, most vegetables and fruit are too filling.
