  2. Caffeine increases heart rate, so it doesn’t give you energy directly but the increased heart rate increases alertness and promotes the blood flood and oxygen through your body, therefore you feel energised.

  3. Thank you Dr.Berg for your ongoing advice and healthy lifestyle tips. For as long as I can remember I used to get extremely tired during midday so much so that I had to take a nap whenever I could, and I was getting even more quickly fatigued after a prolonged COVID. That’s when I discovered you and started my journey on healthy keto. I lost waste fat pretty quickly and after nearly a year I have no more fatigue at all during the day.   4. I think they’ve extracted all nutritional aspect of food. I eat all kinds of spinach and fruits and veggiea and im alway exhausted. I cant ever eat another piece of meat for as long as I live knowing how much those animals suffer before death.
