I’m taking some Con-Cret Creatine hcl and sermorelin and I’ve been able to push workouts a lot further after about 5 day of the creatine and 2 weeks of the sermorelin.
Id say also vit d3 (if deficient which alot of people are) because it generally improves almost everything in the body, including muscle building. Magnesium and zink too if you are training you are at a higher risk for deficiency.
