Do vegans need to take supplements? This is a question I’m asked all the time, and in today’s video I’m going to breakdown what the science says. Although a wholesome plant based diet has been proven to be the healthiest diet in the world, most vegans would benefit from taking a few supplements to look and feel their best.

  1. if you have to take a supplement, that means there is something missing from your diet. meaning that we are meant to eat the food that contain what ever is missing, for example, B12 means that we should eat meat instead of taking a supplement.

  2. But vegan omega 3 supplement is very expensive can you suggest me any budget friendly good supplement which you use

  3. The problem I see is…for Omega3, none of the vegan suppliments in the market are EPA dominant. EPA is more for curing inflammation and I have been suffering from tendons in elbow and shoulder. From where can I get more EpA than DHA in vegan supplimentation brands?
