Thanks for providing us with the info in this video. is green cabbage a safe vegetable to eat to add more volume with less calories to a meal (such as a plate of 200g cooked chicken breast in olive with 250g cooked green cabbage) ? Would any anti-nutrients in the green cabbage defeat any positive effects from a whole-food meal like this?

  2. Do you help anyone? I desperately need and want to be my healthiest self. Between having bc three years ago being in thyroid medication etc. I’ve cut all medication out of my life except thyroid and one other. Please help me
