  1. The best part is once you start cooking at home you can actually make food that tastes like 10 times better than processed food and it’s a lot cheaper too because you can make more of it for less per serving. Like I made this taco bowl that was so fucking good it would put chipotle to shame. Once you start making food from scratch, you can genuinely eat whatever the hell you want. Your body knows what to do with every ingredient and it knows how to digest it and you’re gonna be fine now that doesn’t mean you can eat apple pies every day, but you can still enjoy them.

  2. Half of that is just pure bloating because how much your intestines are inflamed and how much your body is trying to reject all of the terrible shit and processed chemicals that are being put in that food. Your body can also just naturally react terribly to having so many carbs or sugars through the day without a reason as to why there’s such an abundance. You are supposed to use carbs and sugars as energy but there’s always such a thing as too much

  3. Those first foods you showed looked SO bland. Your new diet looks so much more delicious.

  4. This is amazing. 👏🏽 Congrats on your journey. I lost weight with the plate method, my issue was always over eating, I now eat till im satisfied and not over eat till im overly stuff like im about to explode. The plate method allows me to eat the recommended portions 1to 2 cups of fruits and veggies on half the plate and then quarter of the plate with carbs and quarter of the plate with protein. It really does work and also added moderate exercise like yoga and 20 min walks.
