  1. 1 protein powder (whey isolate or plant based and or)
    2 creatine monohydrate
    3 collagen (something tested or shown for skin, hair and nail benefits and joints
    4 ashwagonda (not a lot of study done on this not recommended for everyone)
    5 omega 3s (can be sourced in food but can supplement if needed) don’t need just her brand of all of these it is just the brand she likes and gets paid by.

  2. I love that two of her favorites are herbals. Rhodiola is truly amazing when it comes to clean energy and supporting the thyroid.

  3. Hi. Have you any idea how I’ve can take creatine. with or with out food. I had blood work done and I’m in the middle of the chart…. thankyou.
